We will be slow to respond, as the lab will be closed in conjunction with the university's closure from Monday, December 22nd, 2025, through Friday, January 2nd, 2026.

Please be aware, the last day for us to receive product samples will be Monday, December 15th, 2025. Our program will be closed from Monday, December 22nd, 2025, through Friday, January 2nd, 2026. Our Online Request Form will be available for new submissions during our lab closure, but DO NOT send samples as we will not respond to new submissions until the week of Monday, January 5th, 2026. The Entrepreneurial Initiative for Food Program will be open and ready to receive samples on Monday, January 5th, 2026.
