Collapse ▲Owners, operators, or agents in charge of food facilities are required to submit their 2018 Biennial Registration Renewal between October 1 and December 31 of this year. The owner, operator, or agent in charge of the facility may also authorize an individual to submit the renewal on their behalf. Renewals can be submitted electronically through the FDA Industry Systems website; alternatively, renewals can be submitted via mail or fax using FDA Form 3537. Please note that this is the last biennial renewal period that FDA will be accepting paper submissions unless a waiver has been granted under 21 CFR 1.245.
