EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY and until further notice, our program is OPEN and we want to assure our clients that we will continue to offer our services and our Online Acidified Foods Manufacturing School course.

When submitting the Online Request Form for Processing Recommendations and/or Nutritional Information, please wait for our reply email as samples will be sent to a different mailing address. 

Emails should be directed to our program at foodbusiness@ncsu.edu.

We will be working off-campus until we can return to Schaub Hall.
