The last day for us to receive product samples will be Monday, December 13, 2021.

Our program will be closed from Saturday, December 18, 2021, through Sunday, January 2, 2022. Our Online Request Form will be available for new submissions during our lab closure, but DO NOT send samples as we will not respond to new submissions until the week of Monday, January 3, 2022. The Entrepreneurial Initiative for Food Program will be open and ready to receive samples on Monday, January 3, 2022.
